Hoe kan ik Windows opnieuw installeren?

Als uw software niet meer reageert of als het systeem geïnfecteerd is met malware, volgt u deze stappen:

STAP A

Maak eerst de wijzigingen die de problemen kunnen veroorzaken ongedaan voordat u Windows opnieuw installeert. Ga naar ons artikel in de knowledge Systeemherstel gebruiken in Windows XP, Vista en 7.

STAP B

Als het probleem niet is verholpen, gebruikt u de software voor systeemherstel om de fabrieksinstellingen van Windows te herstellen.

  1. Maak eerst een back-up van persoonlijke gegevens omdat het herstelproces al uw bestanden, zoals e-mail en foto's, wist.
  2. Power on your computer. When the Acer logo is displayed, press and hold the ALT key while pressing repeatedly the F10 key. Release the keys when a message displays that Windows is loading files.
  3. After the system recovery program has loaded follow the prompts to reinstall the operating system.
